Launched at Activate 25 and stretching through Activate 28, the Dreaming Process aligns the ambitions of every
national team, LC, and function around a single shared vision. It turns imagination into structure—so the
strategies we design become the systems we live by.
At each national conference we pause to measure our traction, to celebrate what is working, and to close the
gaps that hold us back. These checkpoints keep us collectively responsible for the roadmap we drew together.
By the time Activate 28 arrives, our aim is continuity: plans that outlive terms, leadership that passes on
stronger foundations, and impact that is felt across every exchange, partnership, and experience. When we dream
as one entity, implementation stops being a hope and becomes our legacy.
